What if my pieces needs cleaning or repair?
All NATAF Joaillerie products come with our guarantee - if for some reason a pieces breaks due to normal usage, or if you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us right away, and we will do everything in our power to right the situation.  We also offer cleaning services - please contact us for information on how to send your item to use for cleaning and/or repair.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our items are made to order, and to make sure you get the quality you deserve and expect, we estimate between 4-6 weeks per custom order.  However, there are some items we have in stock in certain sizes, and are able to ship these items out quickly.

I am interested in pulling a NATAF piece for an upcoming photo shoot - what's the process?
